Exciting The Dubois Center Event Scheduling Process Update – Effective July 1, 2025

Starting July 1, 2025, the Dubois Center will allow event reservations for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors up to two years in advance (pending availability). This new rolling window is designed to assist with long-term planning and help clients host impactful events with more ease.

Academic spaces (floors 5, 6, 8, 10) will continue to follow the university’s academic scheduling timeline. Floors 9 and 11 will also follow the academic calendar for fall and spring, but summer reservations may be made up to two years out.

Please note:

• Tentative holds will no longer be accepted, reservations must be for confirmed dates only.
• Existing reservations will remain valid.
