Internal Departments

Departments should follow the schedule below for priority reservations. Dates are subject to change:

• Spring 2025 (January 3rd, 2025 – May 17th, 2025): Submit on October 2nd, 2024
• Summer 2025 (May 18th, 2025 – August 10th, 2025): Submit on January 3rd, 2025
• Fall 2025 (August 11th, 2025 – January 2nd, 2026): Submit on March 12th, 2025

External Organizations

External Organizations should follow the schedule below for priority reservations. Dates are subject to change:

• Spring 2025 (January 3rd, 2025 – May 17th, 2025): Submit on October 16th, 2024
• Summer 2025 (May 18th, 2025 – August 10th, 2025): Submit on January 17th, 2025
• Fall 2025 (August 11th, 2025 – January 2nd, 2026): Submit on March 26th, 2025
