Event Request Form

Please read the information below before submitting your request.

Attention: Effective July 1, 2025, Floors 1–3 of the Dubois Center will be designated as event-only spaces. Clients will be able to reserve these spaces up to two years in advance on a rolling basis, allowing bookings for any date within two years from the reservation date, as long as the building is open. This updated process is designed to enhance event planning and streamline space allocation. Please note that non-event spaces, floors 4-11, will continue to follow our current timeline, based on academic scheduling. You can find more information on our scheduling periods tab.

Submitting an Event Request

To submit a request, please click the image below to access the event request form. Once on the site, select “New Event Request Form” from the top menu to get started.

Important Notes Before You Begin:

  • The form will time out after 20 minutes of inactivity, so be sure to have your event details ready before you start.
  • You should receive a confirmation message indicating your submission was successful. If you do not see this message, please try submitting the form again.

Timeline for Requests:

To help us process your request smoothly, we ask for the following advance notice:

  • 10 business days for simple university department meetings
  • 14 business days for large university department events
  • 15 business days for events or meetings hosted by external organizations

Please Note: An “event” includes anything outside of regularly scheduled academic or continuing education classes.We’ll be in touch within 5 business days of receiving your completed form.
