Faculty, Staff & Students
Parking, available by University permit or through Pivot Parking, is located at 422 E. 9th Street (gravel lot) at the corner of 9th and Brevard. Visitors may pay to park by scanning the posted QR codes or by texting the number listed on the lot signage. License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology is used to track parking sessions.
Handicapped parking is available at 625 N. Brevard and requires a University permit with Dubois Center parking privileges and the appropriate placard.

Visitor Parking for Events
Visitor parking for events is not available through the University. Several pay-to-park options are within walking distance, with the closest located at 422 E. 9th Street (gravel lot, see above photo).
For added convenience, 13 VIP parking spaces are available in the Co-Lab lot at 319 E. 9th Street (see photo below). These spaces are reserved daily for event guests, speakers, and other University visitors at a rate of $20 per day. All VIP parking reservations must be arranged in advance through the Dubois Center Operations Team email duboiscenter@charlotte.edu.
