Flexible Workspace at The Dubois Center
How It Works
- Find available workspaces at The Dubois Center by clicking on a green dot below, and select your preferred time.
- Once your room reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with instructions to check in.
- You must check in via the provided link in the email to confirm that you still intend to use the reserved space.
- If you do not check in at least one hour before your reservation, the room will be made available to others. This process helps ensure that rooms are efficiently managed and available for all users.
- Show up, plug in your computer, and get to work!
We ask that users refrain from blocking off time “just in case”, and that they promptly cancel future reservations they no longer need. Abuse of the self-serve reservation process may lead to the loss of those privileges.
Security Procedures
